Terms and Conditions

All products ordered through Greeting Cards by design will be subject to these terms and conditions. By entering into a transaction either using this website directly or ordering via email you agree to these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights will not be affected by these terms and conditions.

Greeting Cards All the items we make are individually crafted by hand. Therefore not every item will be identical and there may be some slight variation.

Minimum Order: There is a NO minimum order value

Prices: Prices quoted in our Price List are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders, which have already been confirmed. Prices include printed inserts& standard envelopes

Ordering and Payment: To secure your order payment in full will be required before we commence any work on your order. This includes us ordering in any additional supplies needed to make your order. Receipts will be issued for all payments received. Please allow up 10 days from the date we receive your payment (and from the date a cheque clears) for the completion of your order. However, most orders take much less time than this.

Postage and packaging: Postage and packaging rates within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland start at £1.00 for all orders.

Cancellation: Once we have started making your order you will not be able to cancel In the unlikely event of Greeting cards by design cancelling your order you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.

Copyright: All designs, brochure, web-site and any other promotional material designed for use by Greeting Cards by design are covered by copyright and remain the property of Greeting Cards by design and may not be copied under any circumstance. All rights reserved. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current UK law.  The client is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any material (e.g. poems & photographs) you ask Greeting Cards by design to include in your cards. In particular you agree to indemnify Greeting Cards by design against any action bought against it for breach of a third party’s copyright.

Data Protection: Greeting Cards by design uses customer’s personal data solely for the purpose of completing your order. Your data will not be passed on to any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Payments through paypal will be covered by their Data protection and you must read their policy together with Greeting Cards by designs'.

Complaints: Should you not be satisfied with the service or the products you receive from Greeting Cards by design please write to us with your concerns. We will endeavor to rectify the situation so all parties are happy. In the case of faulty products we require the items which are to be replaced or refunded to be returned to Greeting Cards by design before any refund or exchange is given. All postage costs incurred to return the items will be reimbursed by us. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the cards are found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specification. We reserve the right to change and update these conditions from time to time.
